Account Supervisor

Core responsibilities
- Planning, developing and managing clients’ digital strategies
- Analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns
- Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time
- Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
- Fostering positive client and internal relationships
- Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedules
- Experience with managing budgets and forecasting revenue
- Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner
- Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account
- Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Education and requirements
- 5 to 7 years’ experience as a Digital Account Manager in an agency setting
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience managing people
- Solid understanding of deployment platforms
- Project management and/or technical ability
- Proven ability to use AI to speed up and improve your day-to-day work, with real examples you can walk us through
- Experience automating or simplifying repetitive tasks with AI is a strong asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
