Core responsibilities
- Support Art Directors by setting up files and making design edits for email, social media, video, web, and traditional Direct Marketing collateral
- Execute design concepts and layouts under direction of Art Directors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and deliverables
- Collaborate with Studio teams to ensure technical requirements are met
- Receive and implement feedback efficiently, with a positive and collaborative attitude
Desired skills & experience
- Post-secondary education related to Graphic Design
- The ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Fluent in all relevant design software, such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Web development best practices (responsive design, HTML5, CSS)
